Casa Carmela welcomes guests to a typical Ponza house from the 1930s, expertly restored in keeping with island tradition. The property is located in a quiet and panoramic location, close to Ponza's historic center, easily accessible from the port and boasting splendid views of the bay. The thick tuff walls, hipped vaults, and whitewashed walls ensure a pleasant climate even in the warmest months, while the characteristic pastel pink of the facades, achieved with natural pigments, maintains the house's original charm.
The five apartments accommodate two to four guests and all feature private bathrooms and panoramic terraces. The well-maintained and welcoming interiors are distinguished by blue-glazed terracotta, traditional terracotta, or microcement floors, while the exteriors feature handcrafted terracotta tiles reminiscent of local materials. Each unit offers air conditioning, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a selection of amenities designed to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.
Breakfast is included, and daily housekeeping is provided, along with regular bed and bath linen changes. A convenient shuttle service is available upon request for check-in and check-out.
